Alex Leo and Douglas did a great job replacing the carpet on my spiral staircase. They wer on ti.e, professional and did great work. The job wa more difficult than expected and took an extra day but turned out great. Highly recommend HomeTown Floors.

I had a great experience here! The owners have been in the industry for a long time and really know their stuff. I purchased carpet for my entire home and they were able to get it done in a short day (all of the furniture was remove before they arrived). I'm very happy with the results. No friendly installers, no noticeable seams, nicely trimmed, and everything was vacuumed when done. I'll be coming back the next time I need flooring.

We decided to get new laminate flooring from a local store rather than a nation wide mobil company. Very glad we did! Hometown was a better price even with the other company’s sales discounts. Hometown was professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. The installation crew of Alex and Leo were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond throughout the entire installation. We highly recommend them. We will be using them when its time to do our remaining rooms for carpet.

We bought new flooring earlier this year for our kitchen, foyer, and all three bathrooms; and we bought new area carpets for two rooms. Hometown installed all the flooring and did a fantastic job. Everyone there is great to work with and very helpful. Susan was a huge help, and very responsive; and Skip is very knowledgeable and does great work (and he's a pleasure to work with!) We are very happy with the quality and look of the flooring, the carpets, and the workmanship. If you need new flooring, I can't recommend these guys enough! You won't be disappointed.

Great service! We took multiple trips to their store changing carpet selections and asking questions. Everyone at the office was fantastic giving us unlimited samples, advising and answering our questions.We purchased carpet at the end of last year , waiting on painting all the rooms before scheduling the install. We were finally able to get the painting completed and set the carpet install date for first week of February. Installers were on time and finished installing 1000 sq. Ft. of carpet that same day. I waited a couple months to write the review for the purpose of reviewing the install as well. We highly recommend HomeTown Floors and will use them again as our need arises!

They were fun; yet very professional. My floors look amazing. They went beyond what I could ever imagine. The flooring, the molding around cabinets and walls. Very detailed, very precise. My husband and I are very happy with the product and servic provided by Hometown Floors. They recently completed laminate flooring in two of our spare bedrooms. The staff at the office that arranges appointments, shares estimates and invoices, etc are polite, responsive and easy to work with. They never kept me waiting for a reply and were very helpful about making sure the flooring available would match what they installed for us sever years ago. The people doing the install are also polite and efficient. They work quick! But not at all sloppy or rushed. Prices are reasonable and a good value for the quality of product and service. I was prepared for a huge jump in price with inflation but thankfully that did not happen. We will definitely go to them again.

This is the second time using Hometown Floors in Harvester. And again they did an excellent job. Susan helped me pick out a carpet that matched perfectly. We had HomeTown Floors do our entire house, roughly 2000 sq ft back in January and could not be more pleased how it turned out - the majority of the house was Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, while we redid the 3 bedrooms in carpet. Quality work, and they managed to knock out the whole project in 3 and a half days. Even after the work was finished they came back, free of charge, for miscellaneous nicks and dings that we’ve caused working on other projects.

They carpeted our entire house of 5 bedrooms a living room and family room. All done on separate occasions about a year apart. We used them the first time with no problems (upstairs),so why not try them again when we wanted to change things up downstairs. They are quick and timely when they came out to measure and later to install. We would highly recommend them. 2 or 3 years later carpet still looks great.

Susan from HomeTown Floors delivers absolute world class customer service. I first inquired at various places like Home Depot almost 6 months ago about getting carpet installed over tile in my basement. They refused to install over tile since they couldn't use tack strips and it had to be double sided carpet tape. HomeTown Floors said "No problem". I spent another 5 months working on my room and do you know how many times they bugged me and spammed me with calls during that time? Zero. Zero times did I get annoyed by sales calls while they were hurting for business during a pandemic. When I finally had my room ready for carpet I called them up and found the right carpet for the room that same day. 1 week later the carpet was being layed and installed. All this time I felt very reassured in their expertise and professionalism because of Susan. There were some very minor hitches during the install that caused a slight delay but since Susan had been so helpful and wonderful it didn't bother me at all. Absolutely recommend this place for your carpeting needs and I intend to repeat business here for possible future flooring.

They were amazing. Had so many problems from Lowe's and Marc's flooring then this company came in and fixed everything as promised. No hidden cost and very professional and quick. Seem very trust worthy. Finally updating all the floors and I most likely will just use them so I kmok what I am getting. Hands down made it easy for us.

come to home town and have the pros help you with your floors. these guys have been servicing the area for over 30 years. Not a better flooring company in town I would give 20 stars if I could.

I worked here for two years and loved it. By far the best and most knowledgeable flooring store in the st Charles/ St. Louis area. I’ve seen the owners always make things right in the rare occasion that something needs to be fixed. Great store and great company to work for. You will not be disappointed!!

we have worked with Hometown Floors in the past and didnt think twice about using them again. This time we go rid of the carpet and had them install Cortec wood looking laminate floor. They came out and double checked our measurements and were out to install it. They had four rooms done in a day. It looks awesome. Thank you again Matt and company, I will continue to recommend you all to everyone looking for flooring.
